1. Who we are

ODDLY SHAPES is a trading name of GRAFICA UCLA SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 44747718, Trade Register J10/1046/2021). Contact: hello@oddlyshapes.com.

2. Who can buy

Our customers are individuals and businesses worldwide aged 18 or over. You may browse without an account; an account is required to purchase.

3. What we sell

We sell exclusive, one-of-one logo designs. Each logo is sold only once and is permanently retired from sale after a verified payment.

Logos are sold exactly as presented. Custom design modifications and personal design services are not included.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page and are confirmed on our servers at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. A purchase is complete only when payment is verified.

Awaiting approval: Tax treatment and the display of taxes depend on the seller's confirmed VAT status and must be approved by the accountant.

5. Delivery

Every purchase includes one ZIP archive with two folders, "Black on White" and "White on Black", each containing AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, WEBP and JPG files. Access begins after verified successful payment, through Dashboard → Purchases.

You keep access to your files while the service operates, subject to these Terms. We recommend keeping your own copy; we do not promise perpetual file hosting.

6. Rights you receive

On full payment you receive the exclusive economic copyright described in the Exclusive Copyright Assignment. That document forms part of these Terms.

7. Final sale and your statutory rights

Successfully delivered digital purchases are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. If your files are not delivered, are defective, or do not match their description, contact us and we will provide a remedy as required by law. See the Digital Products & Final-Sale Policy.

8. Trademarks

We do not guarantee that a logo can be registered as a trademark or that it is free from conflicts with third-party marks. You are responsible for any clearance searches before relying on it as a trademark.

9. Accounts

Keep your login details secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Awaiting approval: Liability cap, governing law and jurisdiction clauses require legal approval before publication.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your order.
