1. All sales final

Each logo is one-of-one and retired after purchase, so successfully delivered purchases are final. There is no voluntary return period or satisfaction guarantee.

2. Withdrawal right

At checkout you ask us to deliver immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose the right to withdraw once delivery begins. Your consent is recorded and confirmed with your order.

Awaiting approval: Withdrawal wording must be approved for EU and other consumer jurisdictions.

3. Your remedies

If files are not delivered, are defective or do not match their description, contact us. We will repair, replace or, where required by law, refund. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Payment conflicts

If a payment is collected but ownership cannot be delivered (for example the logo was already sold, or a duplicate charge), we refund automatically.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

A chargeback or payment dispute places the purchase under review. The logo is not returned to sale while ownership is reviewed.
