Exclusive Copyright Assignment

1. Assignment
On receipt of full verified payment, GRAFICA UCLA SRL assigns to the buyer, exclusively and worldwide, all assignable economic copyright rights in the purchased logo for the entire remaining copyright term.
2. What you may do
You may use, reproduce, adapt, modify, commercialize, transfer, sublicense or resell the acquired economic rights without asking our permission.
3. What we keep
ODDLY SHAPES will not sell or license the purchased logo to anyone else. We keep only a narrow right to display the sold artwork as historical portfolio work and in our own marketing.
4. Moral rights
Moral rights that cannot be transferred by law remain with the author. Where the law allows, the author agrees not to assert them against your normal use of the logo.
Awaiting approval: Moral-rights wording must be checked under Romanian law (Law 8/1996) before publication.
5. No trademark guarantee
This assignment covers copyright only. It is not a trademark registration and does not guarantee freedom from third-party trademark claims.
6. Documentation
An ownership document recording your purchase is available in your account once issued.
